What Koves is

Koves is a technology and administrative platform that connects people with independent licensed healthcare providers and, when applicable, independent licensed pharmacies. It does not practice medicine, does not diagnose, does not prescribe and does not dispense — the providers and pharmacies on the other end of a Koves visit are independent, and the decisions are theirs.

How a plan comes together

Plans are paid for directly rather than billed to insurance, and nothing is charged before a provider has approved a plan. The full price is shown before anything is charged, and there are no hidden fees.

Do you accept insurance?

Not accepted. A receipt can be provided for reimbursement.

Am I charged before a provider approves anything?

Nothing. You pay once a provider has approved your plan.

Can I change my mind?

Pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time. Changes made before the next billing date apply to that shipment.

General questions go to hello@koves.co, with a one business day response target. A question about your own care goes through your account, to your provider directly. And if it is an emergency: call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention — Koves support is not the right channel for that.
