How Koves started

Healthcare isn’t a failure of will. It’s a failure of systems that leave people waiting for help that may never arrive.

The scariest part of needing help is realising nobody is coming. Koves exists because that wait is the part nobody designs away — the referral that takes a season, the clinic that is not taking patients, the appointment you booked and then talked yourself out of.

So the first thing Koves built was the shortest honest path between a question and a licensed provider who can answer it: a visit you can finish in one sitting, read by someone licensed where you live, answered either way.

Koves LLC was formed on August 10, 2026.

What Koves is for

Your health isn’t one category. Neither are we. Koves is one place for the parts of health that people put off longest — weight, longevity, sexual health — without asking anyone to explain themselves twice.

The promise is narrow on purpose: not that treatment is right for everyone, but that everyone gets an answer. A provider licensed in your state reads your visit and decides whether treatment is appropriate, and says so plainly when it is not.

An answer either way

A visit that ends in “treatment isn’t appropriate for you” is a finished visit, not a failed one. Koves would rather lose the order than sell against a provider’s judgement.

Numbers, not adjectives

Every claim on this site is a measured fact with a source, or it is not on the site. Where there is no number yet, the page says so rather than reaching for a word that sounds like one.

One price, written down

What a treatment costs is on its page, before the visit. No consultation fee, and nothing that only appears at checkout.

Reachable after the sale

Your provider stays reachable by message for as long as you are on treatment, at no extra cost — because the questions that matter mostly arrive in week three, not on day one.

Where this goes

A new treatment area opens only when its dispensing pharmacy, its pricing and its safety information are finished, and not before.

Beyond that the work is the same work: fewer steps between a question and a licensed answer, and a price you can read before you start.
