Questions support gets every day

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships, and you can find it any time in your account.

When will my order arrive?

Once your provider approves your plan and the pharmacy fills it, orders typically arrive within a few business days. You will get a confirmation email as soon as it ships.

What if my order is late or damaged?

Reach out to support with your order number and we will sort it out, including a replacement where appropriate.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription from your account at any time. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that upcoming shipment.

How do I update my account details?

Sign in and open your account settings to update your contact details, shipping address, or payment method.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support and we will review your order. Prescription products generally cannot be returned once they have been dispensed, but we will make it right where we can.

Is this prescribed by a provider?

Yes. Prescription treatments are only issued after a licensed provider reviews your intake and decides they are appropriate for you. If they are not, they will tell you, and you will not be charged for a prescription.

Do you accept insurance?

Plans are paid for directly rather than billed to insurance. If you would like to seek reimbursement, we can provide a receipt for your records.

You do not have to

work it out alone.
