Koves is a technology platform that facilitates access to healthcare services provided by independent licensed healthcare providers. Certain information submitted through the Platform may constitute Protected Health Information ("PHI"), consumer health data, sensitive personal information, or other information subject to heightened legal protections.

Koves does not intend to transmit medical questionnaire responses, diagnosis information, prescription information, medical records, laboratory results, or other PHI to advertising platforms for behavioral advertising except where expressly permitted by applicable law and, where required, pursuant to a valid authorization.

We may configure, restrict, disable, or otherwise limit cookies, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, or similar technologies on healthcare-related, authenticated, clinical, or other sensitive portions of the Platform when required by applicable law or appropriate based on the nature of the information processed.
